Registered Massage Therapy

Massage that meets you where you are

As a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I don't do one-size-fits-all massage. Each session blends soothing Swedish techniques with the deeper, therapeutic precision of Tuina (Chinese medical massage) — and the pressure is always calibrated to your body, your condition, and your comfort on the day.

Whether you need gentle relaxation after a stressful week or focused work on a stubborn shoulder that hasn't let go in months, the treatment is built around you — and official receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement.

Swedish Massage or Tuina?

You don't have to choose in advance — tell me how you feel, and I'll select or blend the right approach during your session.

Swedish Massage

Flowing, rhythmic strokes designed to soothe — the classic relaxation massage. Warm oil is applied with long, flowing strokes, and pressure stays light to medium.

  • Feel: soothing, calming, nurturing
  • Oil: yes — warm oil, flowing strokes
  • Pressure: light to medium
  • Best for: stress relief, relaxation, unwinding

Tuina 推拿

Chinese medical massage — targeted, often deeper work on muscles, tendons and acupressure points. Done with a dry technique (no oil), and it can even be performed over clothing.

  • Feel: therapeutic, precise, invigorating
  • Oil: no — dry technique
  • Pressure: medium to deep, to your tolerance
  • Best for: stubborn knots, deep tension, movement-related discomfort

Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort and treatment needs.
